Suzanne Cavanaugh and the whole Kaye Financial support team behind her is truly professional and gives comprehensive choices to borrowers and follows the Golden Rule always. I give them 10 stars and an A+ plus plus rating! I think the first transaction we worked on together was in 2009 and everything continues to be top drawer. She takes the time to educate and is a wonderful communicator to help her clients every step of the way. The extensive array of loan products that can meet any borrower’s requirements and needs is solid.
I was referred to Suzi and I am so thankful I was. She is always easy to reach out to and available well outside of regular hours. It was perfect for me since I don’t normally get home from work until 4:30-5. Her and her team were on top of everything and keeping me updated every step of the way. Always quick to give a deeper explanation if something didn’t make sense or I didn’t understand something. All around, it was a wonderful experience and I’m sure to come back when I’m ready to purchase my next house

First time home buyer here! I knew I had to contact Steven Kouzikas when I saw we went to the same high school, were friends on social media, but never really knew each other!
