I was referred to Suzi and I am so thankful I was. She is always easy to reach out to and available well outside of regular hours. It was perfect for me since I don’t normally get home from work until 4:30-5. Her and her team were on top of everything and keeping me updated every step of the way. First time home buyer here! I knew I had to contact Steven Kouzikas when I saw we went to the same high school, were friends on social media, but never really knew each other! Steve is just simply put…the best there is. He masterfully negotiated our rate below what any other bank quoted me and he even secured us lender credits that I never expected. Steve is now considered a friend and we will always be working with him in the future.
