She was extremely knowledgeable, understood the intricacies of my financial situation, came up with different options for me, and supported me as I thought through and decided which one was best. It goes without saying that she got a great competitive rate for me, but that's just table stakes. Carol was extremely responsive, clear, direct, supportive, and smart. Things had been prepared well in advance when it came time to close and everything went off without a hitch. I'm looking forward to working with Carol again (one day) and will definitely refer anyone I know who's getting a home loan themselves.
