My husband and I recently closed on our first home loan with Stephen Ferency with Kaye Financial. He kept us informed and educated throughout the process. He was available any time there was a change or a question about the process, even very last minute, at times. We felt very supported and understood the process, thanks to him. Would definitely recommend Stephen and his team!

My wife and I shared a dream of watching the sun rise over the ocean from our front porch in Florida. Finding the perfect house was a challenge, and after speaking with local lenders here in Naples and an online lender, we started to think our dream wasn’t going to come true. We needed a jumbo loan and had quite a unique blend of income sources. Thank god we found Stephen!! I sent a quick message on a Monday asking for his thoughts on our situation. With in an hour Stephen was on the phone with us, gathered our details, listened to the nuances of our situation, then told us he just needed to “paint the right picture” and he was confident he could get us approved. Well, he was right! from the time we signed the contract until we got the clear to close it was less than 3 weeks with ZERO stipulations. I can’t say enough good things about Stephen in our home buying process. First of all, communication we key here and there was no shortage of communication day and night. Explained everything and questions came about, explained what was needed and how it was needed. If every buying experience was as great as this, there would be no stress in life. My husband and I decided it was the right time to refinance our home, so we decided to go with Kaye Financial. We worked with Stephen Ferency and from the beginning to the end of the process Stephen did a great job communicating with us every step of the way.
