Kerry was very easy to work with and was available always. The entire process went smooth, and any and all questions were answered. I was never left to figure anything out on my own; or have to fill out any forms online without being personally guided through them. With COVID going on old fashion personal service was gone from Banks and Credit Unions. Completely unacceptable! Kerry did a great job keeping the process personal and painless!

Kerry made it possible for us to refinance, he helped us the whole way showing us and telling us what we needed to do to make it possible for us to keep our home, he went above and beyond for us. He is a great guy, we will always be thankful for him.
