I would recommend that customers be given a full breakdown of the home buying process before going forward in the process. Luckily I was prepared but unprepared for the next steps of action that came almost like surprises to me. New home buyers should be given steps upfront so they know what to expect, how much to be ready to spend of have on hand, etc.
