We refinanced last year, when we closed David promised to keep an eye on rates and if there was a chance to improve our rate and save some money he would let us know. True to his word, once rates had reached a level that made sense for us, he called to let us know and we were able to take advantage of a better rate. It’s nice to know that level of commitment still exists in companies and their agents…Thank you David!
