This is our second loan with Dana Durand! Her interpersonal communication skills & analytical skills are amazing. She is very responsive, organized, patient, honest, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and trustworthy. She arranged the whole loan process in a short time and we felt organized throughout the process. Dana listened to what our primary goals were and found the most cost effective deal for our needs. Dana went above and beyond while working with us. She worked closely with the realtor and the builder. She advocated for us on every level. She worked nights and weekends to make sure the documents were accurate. We couldn’t have purchased our home without her help!
